16.01.2005 Hi Carsten; I am attaching the pics of the peony californica where I collected the seeds. They are starting to bloom. The plants are beautiful. The one pictured is about 18 inches tall and about 24 inches in diameter. The flowers for thisspecies are quite small and smell like licorice. They do not open all the way except for some flowers, but not ingeneral. Enjoy and you can use the pics for your web site if you desire. Jim Obermeyer
