'Lord Kitchener, formerly 'Balliol' (Kelway 1907) Single, maroon-red flowers are borne in clsuters of 3-4 to a stem. There is a small centre of golden yellow stamens and the carpels are green-purple with purple stigmata. Very early to midseason. 90cm (36in).
