Huang Cui Yu. Crown form. Flowers 16cm x 9cm, yellowish (158-C); the outer petals 2-3- whorled, broad and large, reflexed, suffused with light red at the base; a whorl of incompletely petaloid stamens are present between the outer and the inner petals, very small, some petaloid filaments bearing anthers are present, light green; pistils developed, petaloid, greenish coloured. Stalks fairly long, stiff, yellowish green, flowers upright or lateral. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches stout. Leaves orbicular, large-sized, slightly sparse; leaflets ovate or broadly acute, the margins slightly curved upwards, apex obtuse. Growth vigorous, flowers many; resistant to diseases. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1983. |
